Boat Trips
5 minutes' drive/ 30 minutes' walk
Fancy seeing the historic town of Tewkesbury from the water?
April - October, hop on to Severn Leisure Cruises' 12-seater boat for a 45-minute tour of the scenic and historic highlights.
Trips cost £10 per adult; £8 per child up to 16 years and leave from the Back of Avon & Waterside mooring. No need to book in advance - they operate on a first come, first served basis.
Pottery

Head to nearby Eastnor Pottery on the idyllic Eastnor Castle Estate to hone your creative skills with a pottery experience.
Adults & children aged 14 and above can enjoy a 1.5 hour potter's wheel workshop for £49 per person, or a full day's course for £150, with clay modelling open to all ages for just £25 per person.

Land Rover Experience

Go off-road in glorious mud and 5000 acres of Malvern Hill track in the grounds of stunning Eastnor Castle. With young off-roader experiences for 11-17 year olds (£160 for 1 hour), up to half or full-day experiences for adults (£370 and £650 for up to 3 drivers), there's a range of options for tackling the steep inclines, daring descents, muddy side slopes, wild streams and rock crawls of the estate.

Opened by six-time Olympic GB coach, the Ian Coley shooting school is one of the best in the UK.
Offering one-hour individual lessons for £90 (£80 for under 18s) or shared lessons for £130 for 2 people (£120 if both under 18), or 'have a go' sessions that include gun hire, tuition and either 25 or 50 shots (£54 and £95).
