Hospitality Restaurant Supervisor

As restaurant supervisor, you’ll lead our front-of-house team with energy, professionalism and attention to detail, creating memorable moments for guests while supporting the development of those around you. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional looking to grow their career within a high-quality dining environment.

Working closely with our restaurant manager and wider hotel teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless service from arrival to departure. You’ll help set the pace and tone of each service, ensuring operational excellence, strong team communication and an exceptional guest experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and support the front-of-house team during service, setting the standard for warm, professional and attentive hospitality

· Deliver exceptional guest experiences that reflect the reputation and standards of our award-winning restaurant

· Support the onboarding, training and development of team members, helping to build confidence, product knowledge and service excellence

· Coach and mentor colleagues on the floor, providing guidance and feedback to drive continuous improvement

· Foster a positive, collaborative team culture where colleagues feel engaged, supported and motivated to succeed

· Champion high standards of presentation, service and attention to detail, ensuring consistency across every shift

· Support daily restaurant operations, reservations and table management to ensure a smooth and seamless guest journey

· Develop and share strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge, enabling the team to confidently make recommendations and enhance the guest experience

· Encourage upselling through excellent product knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality

· Work closely with the kitchen, bar and wider hotel teams to deliver a first-class dining experience

· Ensure compliance with all health, safety and hygiene standards

About You

· Previous experience in a Hospitality Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Waiter/Waitress, or similar role within a quality-led or high-end restaurant environment

· Passionate about hospitality, exceptional service, and creating memorable guest experiences

· Strong food and beverage knowledge, with an interest in wine and wine pairing

· A natural leader who enjoys coaching, developing, and inspiring others

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Positive, hands-on approach with exceptional attention to detail

· Committed to maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation

· SALARY: £28,000 -£28,500 per annum

· HOURS: Full time – 40 hours per week contracted, to include evenings & weekends.
