Spa & Wellness Therapist

We’re looking for a Spa & Wellness Therapist to take on a newly created role having recently turned our focus to our Spa & Wellness offering. As we continue to grow and evolve, we are seeking someone who not only delivers exceptional treatments, but who understands the wider guest journey — from the first welcome at reception to the lasting impression long after departure.

THAT’S WHERE YOU COME IN…

This is an opportunity for a Level 3 qualified therapist who brings more than technical expertise. We are looking for someone with vision, creativity and a genuine passion for holistic wellbeing.

Whether in the treatment room, at our Wellness Reception, or within our wider resort, you will help create experiences that feel personal, unhurried and quietly luxurious.

Aside from working well with the rest of the team, which we think should be a given, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Welcome guests at Wellness & Spa Reception with warmth, polish and genuine care
  • Deliver high-quality treatments to an exceptional professional standard
  • Conduct intuitive consultations and tailor treatments within your professional scope
  • Support Wellness & Spa reservations, enquiries and guest communications with confidence
  • Maintain immaculate treatment rooms, wellness areas and retail presentation
  • Recommend Bramley products authentically, enhancing the guest journey beyond their visit
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless spa operations
  • Uphold impeccable grooming, hygiene and professional standards.

WHAT WE REQUIRE…

  • Level 3 qualified Spa Therapist (essential)
  • Passionate about wellbeing and guest journey
  • Calm, discreet and naturally attentive
  • Commercially aware, with confidence in retail conversations
  • Committed to ongoing training and professional development

If you are eager to make a positive impact in a vibrant hospitality environment, we invite you to become part of our team. Embark on this exciting journey with Tewkesbury Park—your next rewarding chapter awaits.
